I had a whole bunch of perfectly ripped bananas and a few zucchini in my fridge, so I decided to make some banana and zucchini bread. This recipe turned out so moist and delicious I of course had to share it with you all. So enjoy!
-1 1/2 cup brown rice flour -1/2 tsp baking soda -1 1/2 tsp cinnamon -2 mashed bananas -1 tbsp oil -1/4 cup honey -1 tsp vanilla -2 eggs -1 cup shredded zucchini (make sure to squeeze the water out) -1/3 cup carob chips -2 tbsp apple sauce
Mix all the ingredients together and place into a banana bread pan and bake in the oven for 40 mins on 375 degrees.
