How delicious is quiche? so good. Sense I don't eat gluten I wanted to try and bake a crustless quiche, that I did. This is a yummy salmon & spinach quiche, packed with veggies and something that will sure hit the spot. Enjoy!
- 1 cup of Broccoli - 1 Red & Green Pepper - 4 sticks of Asparagus - 3 Eggs - 1/2 cup of Almond Milk - 1 can of Salmon - 1/2 Onion - 1 clove of Garlic
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Dice all of the veggies. In a pan on medium heat saute your onions and garlic. While they are sauteing mix your egg and milk in a separate bowl. Add the rest of your veggies into the pan and cook them until their soft. Into your bowl with the egg and milk, add the sauteed veggies and salmon and mix. Make sure to mix all the ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin pan and bake in the oven until a tooth pick comes out clean (roughly 40 mins)
