These power cookies are an absolutely clean and awesome pre/post workout snack. They are packed with energy, good fats and tasty goodness. I love making these and you would never guess it but there is quinoa holding these bad boys together rather than flour. Enjoy the recipe!
- 1 Banana - 2 tbsp Peanut Butter - 2 tbsp Honey - 1/4 cup Cashews -1/4 cup Walnuts -1/4 cup Chia Seeds -1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds -1/2 cup Raisans -1/2 cup Cranberries -1/2 cup Unsweetend Coconut Flakes -1 cup of cooked Quinoa
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend all the nuts, seeds & coconut flakes in a food processor, then place in bowl. Blend the rest of the ingredients except the quinoa in the food processor. Add all the ingredients including the quinoa into a bowl, and mix together. Place the cookie mix onto cookie trays. (They do not spread when baking) Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins or until browned.
